Terms & Conditions
• • estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. However, the client remains responsible for the cost of any materials already purchased for the project prior to cancellation.
• • Larger projects will require a material deposit to secure the project date and fund initial materials. The remaining balance is due immediately upon satisfactory completion of the project.
• • Change Orders: Any additional work, deviations, or modifications to the original scope of work requested by the client will be executed only upon written authorization. This will be billed as a separate Change Order with a revised flat-rate price before the additional work begins.
• • Workspace Access & Preparation: The client agrees to provide clear access to the work area and utilitv hookups (water and electricity) during scheduled work hours.
The client is responsible for moving all personal property, furniture, and valuables from the workspace prior to arrival. We are not liable for damage to items left in the work zone.
• • Unforeseen Conditions: This agreement is based on visual inspection only. We are not responsible for hidden or underground conditions, such as structural defects, hidden water damage, mold, or subfloor issues not visible at the time of the estimate. If such conditions are discovered, work will stop, and a revised estimate will be provided.
• • Materials: We are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturer backorders or supply chain | shortages. Additionally, natural materials (such as wood or stone) may naturally vary in color, texture, and grain, which are not considered defects.
• • Warranty: We stand behind our quality and provide a 1 year warranty on all craftsmanship from the date of completion.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, client abuse, structural settling, or moisture-related damage occurring after project completion. Our liability for any claim is strictly limited to the total cash value of the contract.
